Welcome to the official site of the International Silver Stick® Hockey Association, Inc.! As the Commissioner, it is my Honor and Privilege to welcome you to the International Silver Stick®, and our Website. Over the past few years, we have diligently worked to provide better and more current information to the Coaches, Team Managers, players, and parents that participate and watch our tournaments. Our Website is a great starting point to learn about our history, and understanding of our organization. Silver Stick is 54 years old and we are made up of 19 United States Regional’s, 26 Canadian Regional’s, and 13 Finals which covers 8 Boys, 4 Girls and our Sled Hockey divisions. We have over 65,000 youth hockey players participate in our Regional and Final tournaments working to earn the right to be called a Silver Stick® Champion. Our Motto is “Citizenship and International Goodwill through Silver Stick® Hockey”. We believe those words, and with the help of our Board of Directors, Tournament Directors and volunteers, we diligently work to bring those words to life with each of our Tournaments. We hope that each of you will register your teams to play in our tournaments and be a part of the Silver Stick Experience. If you are fortunate enough to win your Regional, you will have the opportunity to play other Regional winners across the US and Canada and participate in one of our Silver Stick® Finals. Scott McDowell Tournament Updates for 2012-2013 SeasonMay 8, 2012 Listings for our International Silver Stick American and Canadian Regional Tournaments can be located through our Regional Tournaments tab above. Dates showing are based on last years approved sanctioned of divisions and dates. International Silver Stick Sanctions for the 2012-13 season will be approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting in June 2012. As most tournaments run on anniversary dates, it is recommended that you contact the tournament directly if you need specific information. Click links found on our Regional Tournaments Tab for phone numbers and emails addresses of Regional Qualifying Tournaments and Tournament Director contact information.You may also check a specific Tournament by visiting the Silver Stick Network of Tournaments( Home Page upper left corner- dropdown menu). Post our June 21012 International Silver Stick AGM, all approved tournament listings will be updated.
